El PSOE propone, el PP ignora y la Junta responde"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Grupo Municipal Socialista del Ayuntamiento de Pedroche present\u00f3 en el Pleno ordinario de septiembre de 2023 una moci\u00f3n con el fin de instar a la Junta de Andaluc\u00eda a realizar una serie de <strong>actuaciones de urgencia en la carretera de circunvalaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, as\u00ed como a retomar el proyecto de acondicionamiento del tramo de la A-435 entre Pozoblanco y Torrecampo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Y el Equipo de Gobierno del PP vot\u00f3 NO, que son buenas mejoras pero que ya si eso lo piden ellos por su cuenta, no sea que le estropeemos la foto\u2026 Eso s\u00ed, por un error administrativo se envi\u00f3 la moci\u00f3n a la Junta, aunque fue rechazada\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos son los acuerdos que se plantearon:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PRIMERO<\/strong>.- Instar a la Consejer\u00eda de Fomento, Articulaci\u00f3n del Territorio y Vivienda de la Junta de Andaluc\u00eda a acometer las siguientes actuaciones de urgencia en el tramo de la circunvalaci\u00f3n de la A-435 a su paso por Pedroche:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dotaci\u00f3n de <strong>ILUMINACI\u00d3N <\/strong>del tramo de carretera A-435 comprendido entre el acceso al cementerio municipal (calle Camino del Cementerio) y el acceso al pol\u00edgono industrial La Tejera (calle Huerta de los Frailes), mejorando sustancialmente as\u00ed la seguridad tanto de veh\u00edculos como de viandantes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dotaci\u00f3n de <strong>GUARDARRA\u00cdLES <\/strong>en la rotonda de acceso al pol\u00edgono industrial La Tejera, necesarias por el desnivel creado tras su construcci\u00f3n junto al acceso al casco urbano y su consiguiente peligro para veh\u00edculos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Colocaci\u00f3n de se\u00f1ales verticales mod. P-1, <strong>INTERSECCI\u00d3N CON PRIORIDAD<\/strong>, en el acceso al cementerio municipal, ya que actualmente no existen al retirarlas cuando se suprimi\u00f3 el paso de peatones existente anteriormente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Colocaci\u00f3n de se\u00f1ales verticales mod. P-20, de peligro por la proximidad de un <strong>LUGAR FRECUENTADO POR PEATONES<\/strong>, en el acceso al cementerio municipal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SEGUNDO<\/strong>.- Instar a la Consejer\u00eda de Fomento, Articulaci\u00f3n del Territorio y Vivienda de la Junta de Andaluc\u00eda a que retome el \u00ab<strong>PROYECTO DE ACONDICIONAMIENTO DE LA CARRETERA A-435 ENTRE LAS POBLACIONES DE TORRECAMPO Y POZOBLANCO<\/strong>\u00bb redactado en 2007, dot\u00e1ndolo de la partida presupuestaria correspondiente y llev\u00e1ndolo a cabo lo antes posible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pues bien, en mayo de 2024 el grupo socialista ha conseguido lo que el equipo de Gobierno del PP deber\u00eda conseguir si se hubiese preocupado y si se hubiese puesto a trabajar: Se solicit\u00f3 un guardarrail para la rotonda, y la Junta nos responde que se colocar\u00eda en breve. De hecho, ya est\u00e1 colocado.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n solicitamos la iluminaci\u00f3n desde el cambio de rasante hasta el punto limpio. Nos dicen que es el Ayuntamiento quien debe acometer esa mejora. De hecho, as\u00ed se qued\u00f3 en hacerlo en la glorieta, pero a\u00fan sigue a oscuras, con el consiguiente peligro para viandantes. Desde ya exigimos al Equipo de Gobierno que se pongan en marcha en esta necesidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pedimos se\u00f1alizar el gran peligro del cruce del cementerio, y nos vuelven a decir que la glorieta est\u00e1 muy bien se\u00f1alizada\u2026 O la Junta no se entera o no se quieren enterar del problema. Hay una l\u00ednea continua que impide que crucen veh\u00edculos, pero siguen cruzando, y tambi\u00e9n personas. Y no hay ni una se\u00f1al de peligro, ni informando de lo que est\u00e1 prohibido, ni de alternativas legales para entrar a los caminos de El Chaparral y de las Lagunillas, y ya no digamos los camiones. No podemos dejar en el olvido esta reivindicaci\u00f3n esperando a tener que lamentarlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n pedimos que se retomara el proyecto para arreglar en su totalidad la carretera de Pozoblanco a Torrecampo. Y nos dicen que no lo ten\u00edan pensado pero que ya si eso\u2026 lo pensar\u00e1n en el futuro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El olvido no puede ser un arma contra la reivindicaci\u00f3n de lo justo.
