En aquest cas, el rebut s&#8217;encariria un 50% per un pis i el doble per a dos o tres negocis. A m\u00e9s, la proposta del PSPV apunta a un increment de la taxa de fems per a aquests pisos ja que \u201csi fan d&#8217;hotel hauran de pagar com un hotel\u201d amb les mateixes tarifes que els allotjaments del sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D&#8217;igual forma, ha proposat recarregar l&#8217;IBI a habitatges buits dels propietaris amb quatre o m\u00e9s immobles. En aquests casos, el rebut s&#8217;encariria un 50% a partir del segon any tancades i creixeria progressivament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per contra, el PSPV proposa reduir l&#8217;impost de construccions fins al 95% a les empreses que constru\u00efsquen habitatge assequible (en l&#8217;actualitat se situa en el 50% per a VPP). \u201cEs tracta de promoure els pisos que realment vagen a atallar el problema residencial, necessitem que es constru\u00efsca m\u00e9s per\u00f2, sobretot, que el que es constru\u00efsca siga habitatge assequible\u201d, segons Sim\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una pol\u00edtica oposada a les mesures aprovades ahir per PP i Vox que premien amb fins al 90% de bonificaci\u00f3 a determinades empreses immobili\u00e0ries mentre les fam\u00edlies nom\u00e9s notaran, de mitjana, una rebaixa de huit euros en l&#8217;IBI, tal com ha denunciat Patricia Puerta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Respecte a la taxa de fems per la qual hui totes les llars de Castell\u00f3 paguen segons el seu valor cadastral i no per quantes persones conviuen -i que <a href=\"https:\/\/agrupacionespsoe.es\/castello\/va\/tag\/begona-carrasco-va\/\" data-type=\"post_tag\" data-id=\"741\">Bego\u00f1a Carrasco<\/a> mantindr\u00e0 en 2027-, Sim\u00f3 insisteix a fixar quotes marcades per: n\u00famero d&#8217;empadronats en l&#8217;habitatge, consum d&#8217;aigua i valor cadastral, fent-la aix\u00ed m\u00e9s ajustada a la generaci\u00f3 de residus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A m\u00e9s, el candidat socialista proposa que eixos xicotets negocis d&#8217;hostaleria i comer\u00e7 que hui paguen el doble de fem reben la difer\u00e8ncia en bons per a consumir en altres comer\u00e7os de barri. Tal com ha declarat Puerta, perdonar la taxa d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 de terrasses a alguns bars i restaurants no afecta als xicotets negocis de Castell\u00f3 que no tenen taules i cadires en la via p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tanca el paquet de mesures la creaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;IBI social per a aquelles fam\u00edlies amb rendes baixes que no poden pagar el rebut del seu \u00fanic habitatge.
